Alejandro has led projects around the globe with organizations as diverse as the Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica (CNEA) in Argentina to the social media team at DTE Energy in Detroit. A former business journalist with several national publications (including The Wall Street Journal, The Detroit Free Press & U.S. News & World Report) and corporate communications leader with multiple Fortune 500 energy companies, he has combined his love of process and operational design with Six Sigma Problem Solving Methods to create a unique consultancy that focuses on helping teams identify and optimize their strengths. An avid Crossfitter, Alejandro believes movement is the best medicine for life.
Pam brings has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the electric utility field, having held multiple senior-level executive positions throughout her career. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, PowerSecure International/Chief Executive Officer, Bahamas Power and Light Company Limited (BPL), where she led the company in its efforts to improve electrical grid performance, grow company cash flow and introduce of a new solar power project designed to serve the 100,000 customers of BPL. Among the many talents she brings to bare, Pam helps clients by delivering highly effective strategic and decision-making recommendations to the projects she leads. A world traveler, Pam is fluent in Mandarin and Spanish.
Darren is an award-winning journalist and blogger who was a politics writer with The Detroit News for over 20 years, Nichols has been a political guest on several national news platforms like MSNBC, C-SPAN, CNN and Fox News, where he has shared his insights on such issues as diversity in the workplace and urban economic development. He has also serves as a spokesperson for the American Stroke Association, where he often shares his experience as a stroke survivor. An avid sports enthusiast, Nichols enjoys golf and bowling, and has attended the NCAA Final Four 15 straight years.
