CEO & FOUNDER

Alejandro Bodipo-Memba is the founder of OVP Management Consulting Group Inc. He is an experienced strategic communications and executive leadership & management consultant who has led client projects in the United States, Europe and Latin America. Over his career, he has helped many organizations achieve their strategic objectives. He has experience in and certifications for leading projects in multiple areas including nuclear communications & leadership, Six Sigma business processes, digital marketing and organizational development. By helping clients solve complex problems using a systems thinking approach, Alejandro focuses on continuous improvement process design.

CHIEF OF STAFF & OPERATIONS

Ebony Tran serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for OVP. A seasoned leader with 25 years of global experience, Ebony’s expertise includes driving impact through strategic planning, collaboration, and problem-solving. A former senior Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Government, Ebony excels at formulating and executing strategic visions, and guiding diverse groups to creatively solve problems. She is an International Coaching Federation-accredited ACC coach that has provided valuable services to clients across the public and private sectors, empowering senior leaders and driving organizational effectiveness.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

Natasha Percival-Rawlins is a seasoned coaching consultant with over a decade of working clients to solve organization problems in the areas of sales, marketing, and scientific analysis . She combines a strategic mindset with a relational approach, empowering organizations and individuals to achieve their goals while fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented culture. Natasha has multiple certifications, including Clifton Strengths® coaching, ASQ® Certified Quality Manager, Career Coaching, Executive Coaching and Professional Life Coaching.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT - AFRICA

Keisha Effiom is a Leadership Consultant with OVP who focuses on developing the firm’s relationships with African governmental institutions. As a former Senior Foreign Service Officer and Mission Director with over 18 years of leadership in international development, Keisha is a leader in OVP’s growth internationally. A recognized expert in acquisition and assistance, Keisha has managed portfolios totaling more than $1 billion across the health, education and governance sectors, globally. She helps OVP clients by maximizing capacity across multiple domains, including public sector, private sector and NGO communities.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT - AFRICA

Ana Bodipo-Mbuyamba is a Senior Leadership Consultant with OVP who is a leader of the firm’s international partnership development. She focuses on working with institutional clients in Africa to provide them with the best solutions to operational challenges. Ana understands executive challenges firsthand: building high-performing teams, navigating diplomatic complexity, crisis decision-making under pressure, and sustainable change management. Ana has nearly three decades of global leadership development experience serving as a former Foreign Service Office, in the roles of Health Office Director and Deputy Mission Director in multiple countries in Africa. She brings a strong strategic and relational mindset to her consultation work.

DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Al Pacha is an innovative Information Technology leader with a proven track record managing technology development teams. Al is the architect for several OVP tools including the firm’s proprietary set of organizational assessment tools. In addition, he has charted OVP’s use of Artificial Intelligence by maximizing our efforts in developing tools linked to a variety of Large Language Model (LMM) system to effectuate greater operational efficiency within the firm. With more than 25 years of experience developing IT solutions, Al excels in the areas of software system analysis, project management, risk management, development and implementation of information systems in a multitude of fields.

SENIOR COACHING CONSULTANT

Christian Harris is an engagement coach, and consultant with a background in entrepreneurship, political leadership, and nonprofit management. His work with OVP has included facilitating engagement webinars and working one-on-one with public health professionals to improve workplace culture. He has served on various boards, led strategic initiatives, and played key roles in political campaigns. Christian is an experienced strengths-based coach who leads with empathy.

COACHING CONSULTANT

Joseph Kaiser is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, leadership coach, and consultant dedicated to personal transformation and strengthening interpersonal connections. Joseph has an expertise in couples therapy, neurodiverse relationships, and individual counseling. His use of evidence-based approaches to problem solving have allowed many of the clients he works with select from multiple development modalities. In his work with OVP, he is able to empower individuals and teams through leadership coaching and strategic planning.

COACHING CONSULTANT

Carol Morgan Wirth is a seasoned coach specializing in self-discovery and authentic leadership, helping individuals harness their true potential to achieve outstanding personal and professional results. With executive leadership experience in both large corporations and consulting firms, she has several coaching certifications including with the International Coaching Federation, Gallup Strengths, Blanchard Leadership and Whole Person Coaching. Carol’s work with OVP has been universally praised for the strategic and compassionate approaches to coaching that are highlighted.

COACHING CONSULTANT

Asi Ofosu is a coach consultant for OVP with more than two decades of experience working in the United States Congress in multiple leadership roles. Her work at the state, local and federal levels of government have seen her manage operations, overseeing federal funding and policy initiatives benefiting nonprofits and government organizations for several lawmakers. Asi is an experienced public affairs manager that helps clients identify key problem sets, and offers systems-based solutions.
