CEO & FOUNDER

Alejandro Bodipo-Memba is the founder of OVP Management Consulting Group Inc. He is an experienced communications leader and management consultant who has led client projects in the United States, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Bodipo-Memba helps organizations achieve their strategic objectives by helping clients solve complex problems using a systems thinking approach that leverages process tools to uncover opportunities for sustained success.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS + SENIOR CONSULTANT

Ms. Percival-Rawlins has more than 10 years of sales, marketing and scientific analysis experience in the airline and pharmaceutical fields. Natasha also brings a strong strategic and relational mindset to her coaching and consultation work. In addition, she has gone through the Building Racial Equity training course offered by the Center for Social Inclusion’s Race Forward program and has helped train leaders of organizations in the area of equity, diversity and inclusion.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Christian has been a small business owner in suburban Chicago for nearly a decade. During that time he has managed employees both in office settings and remotely. His consulting focus with OVP Management Consulting Group is to work with organizations to help leadership better engage their employees.

Pam Hill has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the electric utility field, having held multiple senior-level executive positions throughout her career. Among the many talents she brings to bare, Pam helps clients by delivering highly effective strategy recommendations to the projects she leads.

Al Pacha is an innovative Information Technology leader with a proven track record managing technology development teams along with Pacha is a highly accomplished technologist with over 25+ year experience in software system analysis, project management, risk management, development and implementation of information systems in a multitude of fields, including Retail, Supply Chain, POS, e‐Commerce solutions, FinTech, Facility Management, Waste Management, and Energy markets.

CONSULTANT

Darren A. Nichols is an award-winning journalist with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. The majority of his career was as a longtime reporter at The Detroit News, extensively chronicling issues in city hall covering five mayoral administrations. Among his major issues included outlining Detroit’s financial crisis that led to Detroit’s bankruptcy proceedings.

Joseph Kaiser is a psychotherapist in training and leadership coach that focuses on personal transformation and strengthening interpersonal connections. He is passionate about helping clients uncover hidden strengths and identify personal needs and goals.

Kendra is a natural motivator and advice giver who focuses on providing holistic solutions for her clients. Her focus with OVP is in the area of process design and finance. She is keenly aware of the importance of being intentional about identifying leadership goals and objectives when working with people seeking to improve their performance.
